When you shop at Cashé Atelier, you enter into an agreement with MySevenoaks ApS.

Prices

All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner, DKK, and include VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated.

Shipping and any delivery costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment

We accept payment by the payment methods displayed at checkout.

The amount will only be debited when the item is shipped, unless otherwise clearly stated in connection with the purchase.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

Order confirmation

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We recommend that you save the order confirmation in case you need to contact us about your purchase later.

Delivery

We ship orders from Denmark.

Delivery time and shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. The expected delivery time in Denmark is typically 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with delivery information and any tracking.

We reserve the right for delays with the shipping company, busy periods, launches and campaigns.

Uncollected packages

If a package is not collected and therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the actual costs associated with the return shipment and handling.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop online at Cashé Atelier.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a person chosen by you, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us clear notice by email: [insert email].

You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice.

Return

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us.

You pay for the return shipping yourself, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend that you send the item back with tracking, as you are responsible for the item until we have received it.

Condition of the item upon return

You are welcome to try on the item, as you would in a physical store, but the item must not have been actually used.

The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as you received it. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, we may make a deduction in the refund corresponding to the item's depreciation.

We recommend that the item be returned with original tags and packaging, if possible.

Refund

Once we have received your returned item, we will review the item and refund the amount as soon as possible.

The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation that you have returned the item.

Right to complain

The rules on defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.

You have a 24-month right to complain. This means that you can complain about defects and deficiencies in the item that were present at the time of delivery.

If you wish to complain, please contact us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Contact us at [insert email] and provide the order number and a description of the defect. Please attach pictures.

If the complaint is justified, we will cover reasonable return costs.

Materials and care

Our styles are made of delicate materials and should be treated with care.

Material composition, washing instructions and care instructions are stated on the individual product page and/or the product label.

We recommend that you always follow the washing instructions, as incorrect washing or care can affect the product's quality, fit and lifespan.
