We hope you are happy with your purchase from Cashé Atelier.

Should you wish to return an item, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online with us.

The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your order.

How to return

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend sending the return package with tracking, as you are responsible for the item until we have received it.

Condition of the item

You are welcome to try on the item as you would in a physical store, but the item must not have been used.

The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as you received it. If the item has been used more than necessary, a deduction may be made from the refund.

Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.
